Robert J. Bourland is a business process and technology integration professional with a career spanning 33 years in the energy industry. Bourland has served successfully as a strategic visionary leader, large systems implementer, and effective operations manager.

Prior to Bourland’s retirement from Southern California Edison, he helped lead SCE’s implementation of SAP, served as Director of SCE’s application portfolio, was Director of SCE’s Enterprise Information Management initiative (Big Data) and Director of Usability to improve business processes and the overall customer/client experience.

Bourland currently serves on the Board of Directors of Anand PAG Inc., the El Rancho Verde Municipal Advisory Committee and actively participates in his church and related community activities.

Bourland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, completed the Management of Information Technology program at Harvard Business School and received his Executive Management certificate from Pepperdine University.
